- 500g Luganega sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 500g gnocchi
- 500g broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss gnocchi, broccoli, and luganega with olive oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper on a large sheet pan.
Spread mixture in a single layer. Ensure even cooking.
