Ingredients

  • 400g Ispíní sausages
  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 200g cabbage, shredded
  • 150ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash.
