  • 400g Frankfurter Würstchen, sliced
  • 500g sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp brown mustard
  • 50g grated Gruyère cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
